Postage Costs

Fertility Solutions proudly uses Australia Post. The cost of postage is automatically calculated during checkout after entering your delivery address. We offer both Regular Mail and Express Post options. At the time of writing (26th June 2008), a typical order costs between $6.00 and $7.20 to post via Regular Mail and $9.40 to $16.90 to post via Express Post.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Orders received before 1pm are posted the same day.

Where are the orders shipped from?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Baulkham Hills, NSW Australia.

How long does it take to get my order?

The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product confirmation / payment screen of the checkout and changes (if appropriate) based on the postage method selected.

How is my order packaged?

Orders are posted in plain, discreet envelope with a discreet address label which does not disclose te contents (sample below).
